Caldric Capital is a Mississippi limited-liability company that plans to provide fee-only financial-advisory and portfolio-management services once registered. Our public website (this "Site") is informational; no client portals or transactional features are hosted here.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers or health data via the Site. If you believe you have submitted such data in error, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
Our first-party measurement layer records limited operational events such as page-level traffic, CTA clicks, tool milestones, assessment starts, review requests, and coarse attribution fields. This layer is used for site operations, funnel measurement, and recordkeeping. It does not use advertising pixels or cross-site identity graphs.
GA4 is configured with Consent Mode v2 for aggregate traffic and acquisition reporting. Analytics storage is allowed by default for ordinary U.S.-focused website traffic unless you opt out. Ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain disabled.
PostHog is restricted to pageviews and explicit named events unless you opt out. Autocapture, session replay, surveys, heatmaps, and form recording are disabled.
Vercel Analytics is a first-party, cookieless service that measures page-level traffic without storing personal identifiers. It is always active and exempt from cookie consent.
You may review, correct, or request deletion of the information we hold about you by e-mailing hello@caldric.com. A deletion request removes contact-linked first-party records where we can identify them directly, including contact, review-request, newsletter, tool-email, and assessment-linked measurement records. Short-term raw event rows may also be removed on a best-effort basis when they can still be associated to a workflow session. Aggregate tables such as daily event counts and monthly assessment counts are not reversed because they do not contain direct personal identifiers. Certain records, including advisory and assessment-related records, may still be retained where securities laws require it. Each newsletter contains an opt-out link. You can change your analytics settings at any time via the "Privacy Settings" link in the footer. Caldric treats Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an important privacy signal for sale, sharing, and ad-personalization decisions; Caldric does not sell visitor information or run ad personalization in this v1 analytics setup.
Vendor-side deletion requests for GA4 and PostHog are handled through those platforms' management tools in addition to our first-party deletion workflow.
We use TLS 1.3, encrypted backups, least-privilege access controls, and role-restricted admin access. Measurement data is retained according to function, not convenience.

Advisory and review-request records may be retained for five years or longer where required by the Advisers Act recordkeeping rules and related state requirements.
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (COPPA § 6502).
Our servers are in the United States. By using the Site, non-U.S. residents acknowledge that their data will be processed in the U.S., and Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards apply where required.
