Caldric LLC d.b.a. Caldric Capital is a Mississippi-registered investment advisory firm. Our public website (this "Site") is informational and educational; no client portals or transactional features are hosted here.

For document and file request measurement, no IP address, cookie, user ID, full referrer, or query string is stored. Browser caching may prevent some repeat requests from reaching our servers, so these records are best-effort access counts, not a record of every view.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers or health data via the Site. If you believe you have submitted such data in error, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
We keep our own first-party usage records (pages viewed, clicks on our calls to action, tool progress, assessment starts, review requests, and how visitors found us) for site operations, conversion measurement, and recordkeeping. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site identity graphs.
Google Analytics and PostHog help us understand how visitors use the Site, using cookies or similar identifiers, and run by default unless you opt out (Google explains its processing at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). Advertising features are disabled. We may record how visitors navigate public pages to improve the site; turning analytics off in your Privacy Settings stops this. Our hosting platform also counts page views, without cookies or personal identifiers; that count is always active.
You may review, correct, or request deletion of the information we hold about you by e-mailing info@caldric.com. A deletion request removes the records we can link to you directly (contact details, review requests, newsletter signup, and tool and assessment submissions). Aggregate counts are not affected because they do not contain contact details or other personal identifiers and cannot be linked to you. Certain records, including advisory and assessment-related records, may still be retained where securities laws require it. Each newsletter contains an opt-out link. You can change your analytics settings at any time via the "Privacy Settings" link in the footer. Caldric treats Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an important privacy signal for sale, sharing, and ad-personalization decisions; Caldric does not sell visitor information or run ad personalization.
We use TLS 1.3, encrypted backups, least-privilege access controls, and role-restricted admin access. Measurement data is retained according to function, not convenience.

Advisory and review-request records may be retained for five years or longer where required by the Advisers Act recordkeeping rules and related state requirements.
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (COPPA § 6502).
Our servers are in the United States. By using the Site, non-U.S. residents acknowledge that their data will be processed in the U.S., and Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards apply where required.
