Caldric Capital is a Mississippi limited-liability company that plans to provide fee-only financial-advisory and portfolio-management services once registered. Our public website (this "Site") is informational; no client portals or transactional features are hosted here.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers or health data via the Site. If you believe you have submitted such data in error, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
You may review, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by e-mailing hello@caldric.com. Each newsletter contains an opt-out link, and we honor Global Privacy Control headers where technically feasible.
We use TLS 1.3, encrypted backups, and least-privilege access controls. Records are retained no longer than necessary, generally five years under SEC Rule 204-2 / Mississippi Rule 41.
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (COPPA § 6502).
Our servers are in the United States. By using the Site, non-U.S. residents acknowledge that their data will be processed in the U.S., and Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards apply where required.
